ENIT will have two main stands at WTM London (EU2000, EU2070) and will share its exhibition space with around 230 Italian travel trade partners, including regional tourism bodies, hotels, travel agencies, resorts and operators.
ENIT will also shine a spotlight on its themed years, with Italian villages being the focus for 2017, and food and wine in 2018.
We have recently launched a new campaign called "Made in Italy", which promotes our country as a unique tourist destination, capable of arousing desire, emotion and to meet the individual expectations of holidaymakers," Riccardo Strano, director at ENIT for Asia and Oceania, told Khaleej Times on the sidelines of the ATM.
Elaborating new initiatives, he said the "Naturally Made in Italy" training and the "Made in Italy" advertising campaigns are only some of the activities the ENIT is implementing to promote Italy in the UAE and the Gulf region.
And ENIT is also looking to boost new destinations across the country.
ENIT is committed to exploring new ways to integrate the sea areas, mountains, spas, lakes and art and through the encouragement of equestrian tourism, visitors will be able to explore the territory on horseback, while cycling tourism promotions will help to identify the major tourist routes and hiking trails.

As part of this promotional activity, from the 16th of December, ENIT
will be carrying out a four weeks advertisement campaign named "Italia Much More'' in three of the most important multiplexes in Dubai; Dubai Mall, Mall of the Emirates and Marina Mall, with the aim of stimulating the Italian tourism demand amongst the Emirati audience as well as fostering and enhancing the outbound tourism to Italy.
With the restyling of the logo, after 20 years from the previous one, ENIT presents a fully renewed image, as innovative as the promotion strategies implemented in the year 2010.
According to the President of ENIT, Matteo Marzotto, "The image of a country is much more intense when its uniqueness, even graphically, is well identifiable.
