The low case assumes relatively cheap vertical wells and the medium and high cases assume deployment of ESPCPs and in addition the medium case assumes short reach horizontals and the high case assumes long reach horizontals by ERD.
This could use cheaper vertical wells fitted with modern ESPCPs that can handle associated gas.
