9 June 2010 - Swedish industrial equipment maker Addtech AB (STO: ADDT B) announced Tuesday an agreement to buy 80% of Norwegian sector player Egil Eng & Co AS, without disclosing the value of the deal or the name of the seller.
Egil said: "Scotland at home is a different proposition to Holland away.
