ANSI Standard Z21.13 tests and rates condensing boiler performance with an 80[degrees]F (27[degrees]C) boiler entering water temperature (EWT) and a 100[degrees]F (55[degrees]C) temperature rise (delta-T) to produce a boiler leaving water temperature (LWT) of 180[degrees]F (82[degrees]C).
Step V: At time t, measure [[??].sub.w,f], [T.sub.EWT,f], [T.sub.LWT,f], [p.sub.sat,r,f, and [[??].sub.ref],f] and verify that the entering water temperature to the test BPHE in fouled and clean condition is the same; that is, [T.sub.EWT,f] - [T.sub.EWT,c] < 0.1 [degrees]F (0.05[degrees]C).
