(ECVM), a division of the Association of Plastics Manufacturers in Europe, has reacted to recent articles in the press implying that the recent decision by American automobile giant General Motors (GM) to replace all PVC interior fittings in its cars was in part taken in response to the perceived health risks associated with the material.
