"European Lotteries": the "European Lotteries and Toto Association" is an independent European association composed of State Lottery and Toto companies established in Europe.
Friedrich Stickler, president of European Lotteries, highlights that positive point, but regrets that "recommendations may simply not bear fruit if they are not preceded by a clear stepping up of enforcement against illegal operators".
