This study employs conventional qualitative content analysis method to analyse and interpret the meaning of REDD+ documents submitted by the four main REDD+ Congo Basin countries (Cameroon, Republic of Congo, Central Africa Republic, and Democratic Republic of Congo) to the Forest Carbon Partnership Facility (FCPF).
