In 2010 there were more than one hundred state and local chapters of the National Federation of Families for Children's Mental Health (FFCMH).
Sharing of information and skills about many topics, including how to work with legislators and state officials, happens regularly and can be observed by attending meetings of the Statewide Family Network grantees; the National Federation of Families for Children's Mental Health (FFCMH) Annual Meeting; the biannual Summer Training Institutes sponsored by the Georgetown National Technical Assistance Center; or other national, state, and local training events.
