The month-long promotion is being carried out by Paramount Pictures in partnership with Farms For Schools. Charlotte's Web is the story of a piglet called Wilbur who strikes up a special friendship with a spider called Charlotte and their bond inspires the animals to come together as a family.

Farms for Schools has announced a 16pc increase in membership during 2003, thanks mainly to greatly improved membership benefits and a nationwide recruitment drive.
Farms for Schools member benefits include a free quarterly newsletter, an entry on the FFS website with over 3,500 hits every month and the opportunity to attend regional meetings and training events.
Farmers who want to host school visits will now have help from a new Farms for Schools Accreditation Scheme.
Farms for Schools chairman Edward Dee said: "We are wholly in favour of the accreditation scheme as it can only bring benefits to FFS member farmers and schoolchildren.
