The strain of continuous operations combined with fiscal constraints considerably affects our ability to find, fix, finish
, exploit, analyze, and disseminate intelligence information at the speed necessary to decisively defeat our potential adversaries.
Find, Fix, Finish
is a behind-the-scenes look into the counterterrorism campaign waged since 12 September 2001, the day after al-Qaeda attacked the United States of America.
They provided over-watch for over 5,000 coalition soldiers, and applied find, fix, finish
support to over 30 ground units against Taliban fighters.
We called it, in our shorthand, F3EA: find, fix, finish
, exploit, and analyze.
An aggressive targeting model known as find, fix, finish
, exploit, and analyze (F3EA) features massed, persistent ISR cued to a powerful and decentralized all-source intelligence apparatus in order to find a target amidst civilian clutter and fix his exact location (see figure).
