31 (Saba) - The General Authority for Land, Surveying and Urban Planning (GALSUP) has launched the automated system for the preservation of documents and documents of land and real estate of the State.
In its weekly meeting chaired by Prime Minister Mohamed Salem Basindwa, the Cabinet authorized head of General Authority for Lands, Survey and Urban Planning (GALSUP) in coordination with the Defense and Interior Ministers and Aden Governor to take the necessary actions to implement the committee's recommendations, which included confiscating the large piece of lands distributed to 365 people, and leave them only 1000 square meters that is needed to build a private residence.
The meeting's participants stressed that the presidential decree, which stops ways of dealing with or buying and selling any plot of land in the Southern governorates, is binding on the General Authority of Lands, Survey and Urban Planning (GALSUP) and will be full responsible for any case of breach until the Committee tasked with addressing the land disputes in the southern governorates finishes its works.
