Crystallographic structures that developed on the samples were determined by glancing angle X-ray diffraction (GAXRD, Rigaku Ultima IV) at a glancing angle of 1[degrees] using Cu K[[alpha].sub.1] ([lambda] = 0.154 nm) radiation.
The results of the GAXRD analysis of the photoelectrodes (after calcination at 500[degrees]C) are summarized in Figure 2.
