PARyS (CyHAN)- French automaker PSA Peugeot-Citroen is in exclusive talks with Russian Railways (RZD) to sell a majority stake in its GEFCO logistics subsidiary, in a deal which could be worth 800 million euros, the car giant said on Thursday.
Peugeot said yesterday that it will sell property and a stake in its Gefco trucking unit in a 1.5 billion-euro asset- disposal program after net debt widened to 3.4 billion euros at the end of 2011 from 1.6 billion euros on June 30.
