diffraction patterns of presented Mo-B-C coatings.
confirmed two kinds of peaks, one of (h00) type and other of the type (0h0) where h can be 1, 2, 3, etc., as indexed in Fig.
According to the SEM images, the GIXRD patterns, and the Raman spectra, we can conclude that the main content of nanoparticles on the surface of the samples annealed at 400[degrees]C is [Ti.sub.6]O with small amount of Ti[O.sub.2] nanoparticles.
According to the GIXRD and Raman spectra, the main composition of the sample annealed at 400[degrees]C is [Ti.sub.6]O.
In the GIXRD pattern of sample 2 (Figure 1(a)), main peaks belong to kesterite CZTS.
In the GIXRD pattern of sample 3 (Figure 1(a)), all the main intense peaks are due to CZTS kesterite phase.
Crystalline phase of HA by GIXRD
(hep crystal symmetry) was detected and the evolution of the background noise shows an amorphous phase that can be identified as an amorphous HA phase.
pattern for sample S25 is shown in Figure 1.The patterns of the other three samples have similar characteristics as S25.
A five-axe cradle with motorized movements is used to obtain a perfectly planned position of the sample and a mirror with a 1/16[degrees] slit is installed in the incident path to form a parallel beam necessary to analyze the samples in grazing incident beam (GIXRD
