Originally formed nearly a decade ago to bring focus and attention to the quality of food produced by metro Kansas City farmers, the partnership between Ball's/Hen House and GNFF has since grown to become an integral part of the regional independent's successful strategy.
GNFF has formed a marketing alliance with Balls Food Stores, which is selling the co-op's beef and other products through its 15 up-scale Hen House supermarkets and two Price Choppers supermarkets (the number of Price Choppers outlets is set to increase) in the metro Kansas City area.
