In its daily market wrap up, Beltone Financial reported that Egypt's non-hydrocarbon exports reached $16.4 billion in fiscal year 2008/2009, while non-hydrocarbon imports from July 2008 to April 2009 reached $33 billion, according to an Al-Ahram article quoting the Chairman of the General Authority for Imports and Exports Control (GOIEC), Mohamed El-Banna.
