In this paper, we propose a new evolutionary algorithm, namely, diversity-guided group search optimizer (DGSO), to alleviate the two drawbacks of GSO. The proposed DGSO is realized based on diversity guidance (DG) and a so-called opposition-based learning (OBL) originally coming from neural networks field [17-20].
Like the swarm intelligence evolutionary algorithms, GSO is also a population-based optimization algorithm.
Green Shoe Option (GSO) is a mechanism used by companies to provide price support to investors for shares procured by them in the public offering, in the event that the prices of equity shares witness wide fluctuations immediately after listing.
13 October 2011 - Idera Pharmaceuticals (NASDAQ:IDRA) unveiled on Thursday new data on its gene-silencing oligonucleotide (GSO) technology at the Cell Symposium on Regulatory RNAs in Chicago.
the GSOs, due to the increasing government interventions on the one hand and the rise and empowerment of stakeholders on the other.
Now, the city can create smaller maps and enlargements of specific GSO locations to accompany its annual report to Maine's DEP.
(7) The Civil society organisations (CSOs) have been given many names and the debate is still on; some of the known titles are: voluntary organisations (VOs), peoples' organisations (POs), civil society organisations (CSOs), non-governmental developmental organisations (NGDOs), private developmental organisations (PDOs), popular development agencies (PDAs), not-for-profit organisations (NFPOs), voluntary agencies (VAs), non-profit organisations (NPOs), private voluntary organisations (PVOs), membership organisations (MOs), peoples' organisations (POs), community based organisations (CBOs), grass-roots organisations (GROs), voluntary development organisations (VDOs), grass-roots support organisations (GSOs), and organisations for public interest (OPI).
This, then, is the way in which Southeast Asian GSOs have addressed the second element of the traditional problematique faced by the proponents of civil society: how to formulate a model of political and economic development which allows social change and democratization, and yet still gather enough support from the old elites to make its implementation possible.
Leland Brendsel's chapter discusses the special roles and contributions of so-called government sponsored enterprises (GSOs), in the securitization of housing finance: Federal Home Loan Mortgage Corporation (Freddie Mac), Federal National Mortgage Association (Fanny Mae) and Government National Mortgage Association (Ginnie Mae).
To achieve these goals, GSOs operate the logistical platforms to manage housing, travel, shipping, warehousing, procurement and motor pool services.
