The next day, with GZO Peace Institute's Karen Tanada and Julie Alipala, a Zamboanga-based Inquirer correspondent, we dropped by Cucina Higala, which Inquirer desk person and lifetime friend Pennie dela Cruz had discovered while googling for places to see in this city.

The material choices considered for the shell are gold, silver, ITO, AZO and GZO. In the subsections that follow, each different shell type is briefly discussed in terms of its optical properties and the design procedure aimed at obtaining simultaneous electric and magnetic Mie resonances Envisioning DNG performance, a core material [[epsilon].sub.r1] = 20 is assumed and then the core and the shell radius are engineered to exhibit a dispersion diagram with negative slope.

[Ga.sub.2][O.sub.3] powder (99.99%) was mixed with ZnO powder (99.99%) to form the [Ga.sub.2][O.sub.3]-2 ZnO composition (abbreviated as GZO).
[22, 39] prepared AZO and GZO thin films on glass substrates with a low resistivity on the order of [10.sup.-5] [ohm]-cm by PLD, respectively.
Because the gallium is less reactive to oxidation, Ga-doped ZnO (GZO) TCO materials have been reported to have better stability [4,5].
The aluminum doped zinc oxide (AZO) and gallium doped zinc oxide (GZO) have been most widely-used in impurity doped ZnO [5].
However, the effects of Ti addition on the optoelectrical performance of Ga-doped ZnO (GZO) thin films have received little attention in the literature.
In the present paper, a compound of ZnO with 3 wt% [Ga.sub.2][O.sub.3] (ZnO: [Ga.sub.2][O.sub.3] = 97: 3 in wt%, GZO) was prepared by solid-state reaction method.
Several groups have reportedly developed p-n junction solar cells with a TCO/[Cu.sub.2]O heterostructure, such as zinc oxide (ZnO)/[Cu.sub.2]O, indium-doped ZnO (IZO)/[Cu.sub.2]O, aluminum-doped ZnO (AZO)/[Cu.sub.2]O, and gallium-doped ZnO (GZO)/[Cu.sub.2]O heterojunction [6-11].
