The Getty Information Institute has taken an innovative approach to providing deep access to cultural content on the Web.
It contains 286 ancient African and Peruvian artifacts and is part of the Museum Educational Site Licensing Project (MESL) sponsored by the Getty Information Institute. The size of the MESL test set is relatively small, but it allows us to explore all the color, texture, and shape features simultaneously in a meaningful way.
