's major achievements last year included opening Gulf Group Limited at Masdar City in Abu Dhabi, participating in the Climate Change Conference in Copenhagen, winning two awards during the Big 5 Exhibition in 2009, partnering with leading global firms and key government entities, and gaining several certificates from the UAE University and Abu Dhabi Airport due to the company's participation and consultancy in those projects.
"At UNCCC Copenhagen, we look forward to discussing our experiences in the UAE as well as the political and economic opportunities that exist internationally to support sustainable development projects," said Khalid Mohammed Ibrahim Al Midfa, chairman and CEO of GITG.
"These forefathers were devoted to protecting their natural environment, and their leadership continues to motivate GITG to utilize all available resources in addressing the ongoing challenges associated with global warming.
This isn't the first church seminar that GitG has done, but the bulk of their work happens in corporate settings, in seminars focused on leadership and teamwork.
One aspect of jazz thinking GitG emphasizes is that uncertainty represents opportunity.
GitG are not the only promoters of improvisation as a valuable soft skill in the workplace, of course.
