7 May 2013 - US residential mortgage services firm Nationstar Mortgage Holdings Inc (NYSE:NSM) said today it had agreed to acquire local direct-to-consumer mortgage lender Greenlight Financial Services Inc for up to USD75m (EUR57.1m) in cash.
The process began last December when Irvine, California-based Greenlight Financial Services electronically originated a single-family mortgage using Freddie Mac's Internet-based automated underwriting service, Loan Prospector.com[R].
