The validity of our finding is further supported by the fact that we found higher ORs for a longer delay ([greater than or equal to]4 h) than a shorter delay ([less than or equal to]3 h) between the HPEE and washing with soap and water when compared with no exposure to an HPEE.

3.7 Self-Assembly of Pingyangmycin into Functionalized HPEE. To verify the nanocarrier platform based on HPEE functionalized derivants for individualized antitumor drug delivery, we used pingyangmycin as a model drug.
