Interestingly, high conservative changes were identified in blast analysis between HPV11
and 06A (91%) throughout sequence of E6 protein, as well as accentuated conservation of 71% were also detected between HPV16 and 18 types.
The HPV infection was found to vary from 80 -100 per cent and comprised both LR as well as HR-HPV types such as HPV11
and HPV 16 respectively (30,42).
Recurrent respiratory papillomatosis is a rare but devastating disease caused by infection with HPV6 and HPV11
. It could theoretically be prevented with HPV vaccination, but this disease is not officially listed among indications for 4vHPV or 9vHPV vaccination.

, HPV31, HPV32, HPV33, HPV35, HPV39, HPV42, HPV43, HPV45, HPV51, HPV52, HPV56, HPV58, HPV59, HPV66, HPV70, and HPV82) from the Alpha-PV genus were detected in ESCC tissue samples, mostly as coinfections with HPV16 and HPV18 (Table 2), similar to what was observed in our last literature review (reviewed in 7).

Although low-risk HPV types HPV6 and HPV11
were found to be the causative agents in approximately 90% of AGWs (21), in a study from Latin America, low-risk HPV6 was found in only 56% of men with AGWs (22), which is nearly consistent with our findings.
To detect low-risk Alpha-PVs associated with various mucosal and cutaneous warts, a PCR protocol targeting an approximately 190-bp fragment of the E1 gene of HPV2, HPV3, HPV6, HPV7, HPV10, HPV11, HPV13, HPV27, HPV28, HPV29, HPV32, HPV40, HPV42, HPV43, HPV44, HPV57, HPV74, HPV77, HPV78, HPV91, HPV94, HPV117, and HPV125 was performed, as described elsewhere (31), and HPV types were subsequently determined by direct Sanger sequencing of all eligible PCR products, as described previously (39).
HPV2/27/57-negative children's warts are subsequently tested for the presence of HPV6 and HPV11 using the HPV6/11 RT-PCR (40), and when both of these RT-PCRs are negative the conventional Low-risk Alpha-PV PCR is used as a supportive method due to its ability to detect several other cutaneous and mucosal wart-associated Alpha-PV types (31).
