This acquisition also includes RealNet and Open RealNet Exchange, HREO's listing entry and distribution software that provides real estate professionals with tools to manage and market their listings.
With this acquisition, HREO.com, RealNet and OREX, will be supported with more resources to fuel improvement across all platforms and provide better experiences for Hamptons buyers, renters and real estate professionals, the company said.
[1] TREO (Total Rare Earth Oxides) is HREO plus La2O3, CeO2, Pr6O11, Nd2O3 and Sm2O3.
[2] HREO/TREO is the percentage proportion of rare earths that are HREO.
For example, at the higher NMR cut-off of $800 estimated combined Measured and Indicated Mineral Resources total 18.57 million tonnes of 2.19% TREO, 0.57% HREO and 25.78% HREO/TREO (Table 1).
[1] HREO (Heavy Rare Earth Oxides) is the total concentration of: Y2O3, Eu2O3, Gd2O3, Tb2O3, Dy2O3, Ho2O3, Er2O3, Tm2O3, Yb2O3 and Lu2O3.
See Avalon's website for conversion factors from elements to oxides.Heavy Rare Earth Oxides (HREO) refers to the elements europium to lutetium, plus yttrium, expressed as oxides.
The Indicated Mineral Resources that form the basis of the Probable Mineral Reserves below (see link at the bottom of the release) total 57.486 million tonnes of 1.56% TREO and 0.33% HREO, with 20.72% HREO/TREO.
This tonnage is similar to the total Indicated Mineral Resources estimated for the prefeasibility study at the $260 NMR but with a 20% higher TREO grade and a 35% higher HREO content.
Many of the samples show high HREO grades and ratios of the sought after elements dysprosium (Dy2O3) and europium (Eu2O3).
The fluorite samples showed highly anomalous heavy rare earths, with TREO (total rare earth oxides) up to 0.44% and HREO (Heavy Rare Earth Oxides):TREO ratios averaging 50% with a peak of 70%.
