The signals at 574.0 eV, 374.0 eV, and 368.0 eV correspond to the electronic transitions of Ag 3p3/2, Ag [3d.sub.3/2], and Ag [3d.sub.3/2], respectively; Figure 5(c) plots the HRXPS spectrum of Ag [3d.sub.5/2] and Ag [3d.sub.3/2] double peaks, which are centered at 367.8 and 373.8 eV, respectively; and the splitting of the 3d doublet was 6.0 eV.

High-resolution X-ray photoelectron spectrometer (HRXPS, ULVAC-PHI, Inc., Kanagawa-ken, Japan): the sample is crushed into powder, and the sample is then adhered to the aluminum sheet with small round holes, which is mainly used for detecting the sample surface as well as the element composition and distribution in vertical directions, in addition to implementing analysis on the links of element substances.
