'We want to help not just aspiring flight attendants but also fresh graduates who do not know where to start in their chosen fields,' added Arthuro de Leon, ICATS cofounder and Program and Training head.
For 2019, ICATS is launching two new subprograms under its Corporate Program: the Corporate Image Enhancement Program, which tackles dressing for success and cultivating a positive corporate image; and W.A.V.E.
is also a requirement for many other major structure owners such as Oil Companies, Power Generators and Infrastructure Owners.
According to the ICAT
vision statement, the ICATs
aim "to be the leading experts in complete proposal analysis, enabling our partners to achieve contract objectives." The specific purposes of the ICAT
are to (1) provide complete proposal analysis, (2) support customer proposal negotiations and (3) perform continuous evaluation of the contractor's estimating system.
This early, ICATS
has trailblazed a whole-new level of learning and training to produce only the best, highly competent, and sought-after airline stewards and stewardesses.
Netcare already runs a surgical treatment centre in Greater Manchester and has been selected as preferred bidder for part of the ICATS
scheme there, leading to a possible conflict of interest.
The scheme, which gives 'no blame' cover for structures for up to nine years, is available to all registered companies and employees who have undertaken the ICATS
training programme developed by Correx Limited.
