The ICGLR is an inter-governmental organisation of countries in the African Great Lakes Region whose objective is to promote sustainable peace and development.The member states include Angola, Burundi, Central African Republic, Republic of Congo, Democratic Republic of Congo, Kenya, Uganda, Rwanda, South Sudan, Sudan, Tanzania and Zambia.
