The conference includes the results of ICPEN's "Too Good to be True" initiative which surfed the Internet for web sites that may be misleading consumers with get-rich-quick schemes, bogus work-at-home opportunities, and fake "free" offers.
ICPEN is made up of the consumer protection agencies in 31 countries and Finland currently holds the network's presidency.
