Clarian has committed $1.2 million to the IUSON to provide eight adjunct clinical faculty members as well as up to 60 scholarships per academic year worth $15,000 each.
The faculty will teach four days per week at IUSON and spend one day each week at Clarian as clinical educators.
The Indiana University School of Nursing (IUSON) has received a $1.3 million, 5-year Institutional National Research Service Award (T-32) from the National Institute of Nursing Research (NINR) at the National Institutes of Health (NIH).
The purpose of the T32 training program at the IUSON will be to train nurse investigators to conduct research that promotes well-being and enhances health-related quality of life in persons with chronic illness, such as stroke, cancer, and Alzheimer's disease.
