who wish to settle permanently.

families at Bakakhail camp said that both the hospitals were facing shortage of basic health facilities especially due to lack of proper labs and non-availability of medicine.

remain in Jaffna bringing the total number of IDPs

was 71,124, of which 13,997 returned and 57,127 were remaining.
