The 3,945 ton (13 861 kW) HVAC chilled water plant uses dual compressor technology water cooled chillers, primary-secondary chilled water pumping, and induced draft cooling towers. Chiller efficiencies are 0.624 kW/ton (0.177 kW/kW) full load and 0.482 kW/ton (0.137 kW/kW) NPLV, compared to non-standard maximum values of 0.656 kW/ton (0.187 kW/kW) full load and 0.620 kW/ton (0.176 kW/kW) NPLV calculated for 42[degrees]F to 60[degrees]F (5.5[degrees]C to 16[degrees]C) chilled water, and 85[degrees]F to 100[degrees]F (29[degrees]C to 38[degrees]C) condenser water.
