The strictures of three cases were treated after removing combined intrahepatic duct
stones, and the other two were not accompanied by stones.
Expanding indication: EUS-guided hepaticoduodenostomy for isolated right intrahepatic duct
obstruction (with video).
Imaging features suggestive of PSC are multifocal intrahepatic duct
involvement with beaded pattern secondary to short segmental strictures, whereas IgG4-SC has prominent wall thickening in the bile duct .
The common bile duct (CBD) and intrahepatic duct
were not dilated.

systems," Acta anatomica, vol.
Her abdominal Computed Tomography (CT) scans with contrast showed acute edematous interstitial pancreatitis with enlarged common bile duct and intrahepatic duct
without any calculus or discrete obstruction (Figure 1).
The recognition of this entity is facilitated by examining the left portal vein, left hepatic vein and left bile duct with no right side abnormality or intrahepatic duct
Studies have shown that the classical Wnt/[beta]-catenin signal pathway plays an important role in the development of the pancreas and intrahepatic duct
Furthermore, they suggested that if the initial CBD size was 3-4 mm with no intrahepatic duct
dilatation, ultrasound follow-up every 6 months should be done and full investigations should be arranged for any increase in size or if intrahepatic duct
dilatation was seen .
The exclusion criteria for this study were the following:2 (1) bleeding tendency with INR greater than 1.5 (2) platelet count less than 50A-109/L (3) anticoagulation therapy within 72 h of the procedure (4) bilio-colic fistula (5) stone size greater than 50 mm (6) acute cholecystitis (7) acute pancreatitis (8) cholangitis (9) intrahepatic duct

Endoscopic retrograde cholangio-pancreaticography (ERCP) and stent placement accompanied by external drainage of bile collections is the preferred treatment modality for intrahepatic duct
injuries or small extrahepatic duct leaks.
Type 5: Accessory right segmental intrahepatic duct
drains directly into the CHD.
