She also found ''unacceptable'' JACTIM's proposal that companies be allowed to fix the wage of foreign workers based on the wage level of the country they come from.
JACTIM wants the government to relax its ruling on foreign workers.
JACTIM also complained that Malaysian wages have become the highest among members of the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN) except Singapore and are nearly three times higher than those in southern China.
JACTIM called for the government to set up more colleges to teach science and technology.
