"These are attorneys who don't necessarily have a lot of flexibility with their schedules, but within a small, defined period of time, they can really supplement the services of our staff attorneys in a meaningful way," LSNF Executive Director Leslie Powell-Boudreaux said.
Over her 23-year career, Loquasto has given her time, talent and financial support to pro bono services through a variety of avenues, especially Legal Services of North Florida (LSNF).

"Historically, clients in our service area are targets for consumer fraud and other illegal activity," said Kris Knab, executive director of LSNF. "In fact, we have already been apprised of homes that lost roofing because the shingles were never appropriately attached and tenants who have been told their units would no longer be available to them."
LSNF plans to coordinate all services to disaster victims out of its program office located in Pensacola at 118 S.
"Why does he work long hours, listen to sad story after sad story, and never lose focus of his mission?" asked LSNF Executive Director Kris Knab, his longtime colleague, in presenting the award at the May 4 banquet during week-long Law Day celebrations.
"He has handled more individual cases on behalf of poor people for our program than anyone else in the history of LSNF," Knab said.
When LSNF announced its need for attorneys at court-required mediation, she recruited four other attorneys to join her for special training in the relevant family law issues.
