The
MCEC, a European-based organization, deals mainly with what is known as the Biocidal Products Regulation or BPR.
The Brookhaven proposal envisions 16 projects, but the
MCEC application couldn't be considered unless at least one layer of government was dissolved.

He has managed the Student 2 Student [TM] (S2S) program for
MCEC since its inception in 2003.

MCEC) has helped deliver $1.1 billion to the Victorian economy, attracting marquee international and national events to the banks of the Yarra.

MCEC's Special Education Committee, cofounder, chair, and a trainer for
MCEC's Transition Counselor Institute[TM].

MCEC's goal is to ensure quality educational opportunities, while including communities: military installations, their supporting schools, concerned organizations, and caring individuals.
