was abnormal in three cases who had normal first postnatal US, seven cases with mild, seven cases with moderate, and seven with severe hydronephrosis in first postnatal US [Table 5].
Renal scintigraphy was performed in 6(40%) of these infants; of them, an additional MCUG
was performed in 4(66.67%) infants.

She underwent a micturating cystourethrogram (MCUG
) in 2010 that showed right grade 4 and left grade 5 vesico ureteric reflux (VUR).
In the initial hospital management she was started on diuretics with daily weight monitoring and as the ultrasound showed hydroureters, a micturation cysto urethro graphy (MCUG
) was planned to look for vesico-ureteric reflux (VUR) and it showed grade 4 VUR.
Basic relevant investigations including, complete urine examination, urine culture and sensitivity, ultrasound KUB and MCUG
were performed in all the patients.
