"I have an exposure of EoACAyonly' Dh125,000 with MFRE; I know people who stand to loose over Dh400,000," he said.
Phones lines related to MFRE were also unreachable.
Both MFRE and FHS are registered with Rera, which is investigating the alleged scams.
In a separate case, another man said he is pursuing MFRE for money owed to him after he hired the company to sublet a Greens property he owns.
Gulf News placed several calls to MFRE offices for comment at Tower 401 Shaikh Zayed Road but the phone calls went unanswered.
