Mouse lung fibroblast cells (MLgs) obtained from American Type Culture Collection (ATCC, Manassas, VA, USA) were cultured in DMEM supplemented with 10% FBS and antibiotics in 5% CO[sub]2 at 37[degrees]C in a humidified atmosphere.
Genotypes from individual sampling locations and independent collection times were tested for equilibrium expectations using all singly infected individuals with genotypes at 4 or more loci (n = 368 after the removal of duplicate MLGs).
Among 21 MLGs generated on the basis of segregating sites of concatenated sequences, excluding gp60, we did not find any shared MLGs between gp60 subtypes of C.
The significant markers were Satt 211 (MLG A1), Satt481 (MLG L), and Sat_104 (MLG I) (Table 4).
Supplementary programs, such as SOS funding of MLGs and the Court Challenges Program, have ensured that the normal barriers to political litigation will not prevent these groups from taking their claims to court.
The SSR markers that were used in this analysis are located on MLGs that are consistent with the previously published maps of the soybean genome (Cregan et al., 1999a; Grant et al., 2002).
Twenty-one SSR markers were chosen from three MLGs (C2, I, and L) (Cregan et al., 1999), in which the known maturity loci controlling ILD insensitivity were located.
In this latter population, which contains over 400 mapped marker loci (Saghai Maroof, unpublished), all 20 soybean MLGs have been identified.
The SSR marker Satt228 is located at position 161.8 on MLG A2 and it also results in a 1:2:1 ratio indicating that this marker fit the expected segregating ratio for a codominant marker (Table 3) (Soybase web site; Grant et al., 2002).
