Therefore, this article aims at addressing the following question: "Does interprofessional communication exist in the work process of NASF and ESF teams?" If so, does it have authentic dialog characteristics able to provide learning, and consequently foster transformations in these teams' work process?

Ao olharmos a experiencia ja consolidada no AMI ao longo dos anos, vemos que este trabalho se amalgama como "natural" com o modelo de apoio matricial proposto para os NASF, conjugando-se organizacao e pratica.
Convem assinalar que as acoes do NASF devem SER desenvolvidas em articulacao com as das equipes da ESF, orientadas pela integralidade do cuidado, aqui compreendida em tres dimensoes: a) apoio as praticas em saude nos territorios adscritos da equipe da ESF, com garantia de cuidado longitudinal, considerando as necessidades de saude de sujeitos e coletivos, com vistas a superar a fragmentacao dos processos de cuidar; b) organizacao das praticas de saude integrando acoes de promocao, prevencao e reabilitacao da saude e cura, alem de humanizacao dos servicos e educacao permanente; e c) a organizacao do sistema de saude, garantindo acesso as redes de atencao conforme as necessidades da populacao (3,4).
