The
NFRL addressed community and conservation values of Liberia's forests but, owing to the significance of the timber sector to Liberia's postwar recovery, the reforms were largely commercial centric.
Stickers were given out to newsagents at Booker Cash and Carry, Hood Street, Hillfields, by
NFRL regional development officer, Julie Ann Smith and it was where a free prize draw was held.

He will be followed by Frank Hardy of the National Federation of Residential Landlords (
NFRL) speaking about `working together', then Maxine Fothergill, also of the
NFRL, on tenancy management.
Mike Stimpson, president of the National Federation of Residential Landlords (
NFRL), who have contributed substantially to the fund, said: "We are fighting this rule on the grounds that it's a human rights issue."
