Class of dyspnea of the patients before PTMC was 2.51 +- 0.71 and after PTMC mean NYHA Class of dyspnea was found to be 1.34 +- 0.51 (table-1).The results were statistically significance with p value <0.001 and statistically significant 95% Confidence Interval (95% CI; 2.25-2.74).
