The NSRZ and City Council hope the enterprise units will achieve the same success as the Hothouse and Hothouse Phase 2 projects in Longton.
The NSRZ's Enterprising Britain entry also focused on an enterprise strategy that included training, business support, networks and access to finance for small businesses and the creation of 150,000 sq ft of good quality managed workspace.
And to mark the announcement, the NSRZ bid team and Advantage West Midlands visited a Stoke-on-Trent juice bar with a difference.
