the Government of Canada announced that a settlement has been reached between the Canadian Armed Forces/Department of National Defence/Staff of the
Non-Public Funds and the plaintiffs in class action lawsuits initiated by seven former members of the CAF.
As membership grows, such an association ought to be consulted concerning changes to conditions of service including discipline, career administrative reviews, remedial measures, remustering, transfers and releases, grievances and workplace dispute resolution mechanisms, support to military families, and the management of
non-public funds (NPF) sizeable assets.
ISLAMABAD -- Pakistan Air Force (PAF) on Tuesday distributed the compensation cheques from PAF's own
Non-Public Funds to the affectees of Rashakai (Mardan) on the directive of Air Chief Marshal Tahir Rafique Butt.

The program is funded by both Public and
Non-Public Funds which provides zero overhead, ensuring that 100% of the generous donations from Canadians, Canadian Forces units and formations, small businesses, corporations, and foundations go directly to supporting ill and injured members.
The plan operates as a
non-public funds entity and is considered a division of the Canadian Forces Personnel Support Agency.
One investigation was launched into the $5,700 which went missing from
Non-Public Funds. (The money was recovered, but no charges were laid.)
