Based on the observations made in the previous section, a series of design iterations were performed to reduce the OASPL and improve the sound signature.
The OASPL are reduced by 2.5 dBA in the final design relative to the baseline.
Similarly, to the comparison between measured noise levels and predictions from the simulations for the baseline design, the OASPL correlation is within 2 dBA, with the main 800 Hz bump captured in both test and simulation.
