In the recommendations of its monthly report of October 2018 on the follow-up of transitional justice cases, the OCTT considered it necessary to continue the examination of the violations in order to reveal the truth, to obtain reparation for the victims and to determine the responsibilities.
The OCTT voiced the need not to unveil the identity of victims and witnesses in transitional justice trials if they so wish in order to guarantee their safety.
