Woolpert Project Manager Carla Muscarella said the project will protect the OCWUT's more than $1.5 billion investment in its infrastructure and ensure Oklahoma City residents have consistent and reliable services.
"This project will transition OCWUT to a comprehensive, streamlined operation that prioritizes the maintenance, rehabilitation and replacement of its assets," Muscarella said.
OCWUT owns and maintains nearly 3,000 miles of sanitary sewer gravity lines that are connected by nearly 70,000 manholes, chambers and cleanouts throughout Oklahoma City.
