Dominguez, in turn, said OFID can help fund projects to help rebuild the devastated city of Marawi in Mindanao and participate in the development of New Clark City in Pampanga, where an alternative international airport is being built and a new government center will rise.
Under the agreements, he said, the money coming from the OFID will be apportioned into $30 million of loan as additional funding for the construction of Lebukhali Bridge over the Payra River and $30 million to be used to meet an extra cost of SASEC Road Connectivity Project.
The OFID loan will finance a second phase of the Social Development Fund (SFD) lending program.
