OGPL shares were down 0.38% or Rs 0.04 to stand at Rs 10.60 on the BSE during the closure of the trading session on Monday.
This equity infusion is in line with OGPL's business plan to achieve its growth objectives.
The projects of OGPL are designed to sell power under long-term Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs).
