Lyduch is one of more than 100 athletes pursuing their Olympic and Paralympic dreams, thanks to The Home Depot's support of the United States Olympic Committee's Olympic Job Opportunities Program (OJOP), the Canadian Olympic Association's Career Opportunities Program, and similar ones in Puerto Rico, Chile, and Argentina.
As OJOP's largest employer, The Home Depot offers athletes full-time pay and benefits (as well as the opportunity to lay the groundwork for a professional career) for a flexible 20-hour workweek that accommodates training and competition schedules.
