While West Virginia's Childhood Lead Poisoning Prevention Project (CLPPP) is housed in the Research, Evaluation and Planning Division of the Office of Maternal, Child and Family Health (OMCFH), partnering occurs with the Office of Environmental Health Services and other Offices within the Bureau for Public Health.
All children with an elevated blood lead level (>10mcg/dl) are followed by a case manager within OMCFH to ensure rescreening or assessment occurs.
